Textured wall tiles were removed, and a custom stained wood wall was added.
New custom stained wood wall was fitted as a guitar wall.
Laundry Room over hall; laundry space was reconfigured to accommodate a stacked washer/dryer, a sink was added, new cabinets/countertop added, finished off wall with decorative ceramic tile.
Dining Room turned Wine Bar
Empty wall was replaced with custom cabinets, mirror, lighting, glass shelves. Two spaces were left on each end for wine and beverage refrigerators.
Empty wall was transformed into a wine wall; framed out an inset, added overhead lighting, stack stone was adhered to the existing wall, custom floor to ceiling wine racks were installed. Customer supplied wine and liquor.
